On May 25th 2018 the current Data Protection Act was replaced by the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), which applies to all companies and societies using personal data. Calso is committed to looking after your privacy and keeping your data safe. You do not need to do anything but we are legally obliged to notify you that we hold your data. You provided Calso with your name, address, telephone number and/or email address when joining/renewing your membership for inclusion on our membership database. This information is held as a point of contact between you and Calso as and when the need arises. For example: to notify you of changes to the timetable, cancellation of classes, changes to membership costs. We do not share any information about you with any third parties without your consent. All personal information is stored on Calso computers. We do not store any personal information about you or our membership list on our website. If you do not wish us to retain your information, please let us know. A Privacy Policy is being formulated and will be added to our website.
